Class duration ranges from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the topic.

May be booked as one-time events, a multi-session custom series, or ongoing culinary coaching.
Mobile Customized Group Cooking Classes

Tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.

Group experiences for family gatherings, friend groups, or corporate team-building.

Suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced cooks.

Interactive demonstrations followed by cooking, and participants enjoy the meal that has been prepared.

Pop-up Cooking Events at Collaborating Business entities location

Special themed cooking events, workshops, or demonstrations open to the public or private groups.

Themed Cooking Class Packages (3–4 Classes per Package)

Designed by BPK and not customizable. Ideal for those seeking a structured course with a fixed menu and learning path.

Pre-curated by BPK without the need for customization. Cooking packages are for individuals or small groups.

Hands-on and interactive instruction, each focusing on a culinary theme (e.g., vegetarian cooking, seafood, meal planning).

Suitable for all levels and held in a location of the student’s choosing.
Additional Services:

Gift vouchers for all offerings.

Online and virtual cooking events for those who prefer us to not come to them.

Dietary customization (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, keto).

2. Booking and Payment

Customized Classes:
-
Begin by booking a consultation via the website.
-
Consultation determines class details (menu, pricing, date, location) After the consultation, the specifics of class details and scheduling will be confirmed via email.

A deposit is required to reserve the date. The balance is due prior to or at the start of the class.
-
Class Packages:
-
Full payment is required at the time of booking through the website.
-
Upon purchase, clients will automatically be directed to schedule a call. On the call, the specifics of location and dates will be set. The preparation and fulfillment of the class series will then take place.

Details confirmed via email and added to the calendar.

Pricing:
-
Pricing is determined per class or package.
-
Pricing may vary based on group size, complexity, travel, dietary adjustments, per plate customization and any additional fees (e.g., cancellation or rescheduling fees). Check the pricing page for further information.

Payment accepted via Square, PayPal, Venmo, and Google Pay.

Deposits:
-
Required for all customized offerings.
-
Fully refundable if canceled more than two weeks in advance and no preparation for your class has been completed or in the event of a force majeure cancellation on the part of BPK.

If cancellation occurs within two weeks, the deposit is non-refundable.

3. Use of Services

At Becky’s Pixie Kitchen LLC, we strive to create a fun, educational, and safe environment for all participants. By booking a class or package with us, customers agree to the following terms and guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

1. Customer Responsibilities
-
Punctuality: Please be ready at the agreed time. Being punctual ensures you get the most out of your session and helps maintain the schedule for everyone involved. If you’re running late, please contact us promptly so we can adjust our arrival plans.

Participation: Active participation is encouraged! During each class, you will be guided through hands-on cooking and learning. We ask that you engage in all activities, respect the instructor’s guidance, and follow all safety protocols

Respect: our classes are designed to be collaborative. We ask that all participants treat the instructor and fellow participants with courtesy and respect throughout the session.

Attire: We recommend wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes and attire suitable for cooking (e.g., apron, hair tied back) for safety and convenience during the class.

2. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies:

Must be communicated in advance.
-
BPK does not guarantee a completely allergen-free environment but we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

Clients are responsible to ensure that ingredients used in the class meet your dietary requirements, food allergies, or sensitivities.

3. Safety and Health Guidelines:
-
Follow all instructions from your instructor for your safety. Cooking involves the use of sharp objects, hot surfaces, and other potentially hazardous equipment. Handle equipment with care.

Do not attend if feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness for the safety of the class. If you feel unwell or have any health concerns (e.g., food allergies or medical conditions), please inform us before the class.

4. Use of Class Materials and Recipes:

All recipes, videos, handouts, and materials provided during the class are for personal use only.
-
No reproduction or distribution is acceptable without written permission.
-
5. Photos and Videos:
-
Personal documentation is allowed through photos or videos during the class to document your experience. However, class materials and signature instructions are not allowed to be posted on social media.
-
Do not film or photograph others or instructors without their consent.

4.Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customized Classes (One-time, Series, or Ongoing):
-
Notice Requirement: At least 1 week for any schedule changes.
-
Cancellation with 1+ week notice: Client may cancel up to 7 days before the scheduled class for a refund, minus the deposit. Rescheduling will be credited.
-
Cancellation less than 1 week notice: No refund will be issued. This is due to time spent customizing your class and sourcing ingredients.
-
Unpaid, short-notice cancellations: If a class has not been prepaid and is canceled with less than one week’s notice, a $50 fee per class will be applied.
-
Rescheduling with 1+ week notice of the original class date: Allowed without penalty.
-
Rescheduling less than 1 week notice from the original class date: the payment will not be transferred, and the class fee will be forfeited. Rescheduling will require a new payment.
-
No-shows: if a client does not attend a custom class without prior notice, the full charge applies.

Class Packages (Pre-Curated, Non-Customizable):
-
Notice Requirement: At least 1+ week for any schedule changes.
-
Missed Class Without Notice: If the client misses a class without prior notice, it will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.
-
Rescheduling with notice: If the client provides at least 1+ week's notice, we will work with you to reschedule the session.
-
Short-notice cancellations: Short-notice rescheduling (less than 7 days) will result in forfeiting the class session.

5. No-Show Policy

Custom Classes: If you do not show up for a custom class without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge for the class. We will make every effort to reschedule if possible.

Package Classes: If you miss a class as part of a package without notifying us, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
6. Respect for the Venue and Equipment

Venue Considerations:
-
If the class is held at a private location, we ask that you respect the space and property. If the class is held in your home, please ensure the kitchen area is clean, hazards are removed, and the space is ready for instruction. You are responsible for leaving the space in good condition after the class.

Respect partner venue guidelines.
-
Equipment:
-
We provide all necessary equipment and ingredients not already available at your home or the class venue. Please handle all provided tools and equipment with care.
-
Damage to BPK-owned tools or supplies may incur replacement or repair fees.

7. Age Restrictions

Minimum participant age is 5 years old.
-
Class descriptions will indicate if specific classes are not appropriate for younger ages due to equipment use or safety considerations and therefore may not be recommended for younger students.

8. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in any BPK class or package, clients agree to:

Follow all participation and safety guidelines.
-
Communicate about any dietary restrictions, allergies, or health concern needs in advance. If that is not possible, it will be required at the start of the class.

Respect the space, other participants, and instruction.
-
Make timely payments.
9. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property created by Becky’s Pixie Kitchen LLC, including but not limited to:
-
Course materials (recipes, lesson plans, video content, instructional guides, etc.)
-
Branding (logo, slogan, trademarks)
-
Proprietary techniques or methodologies
-
Photography, videos, or any other content produced for Becky’s Pixie Kitchen.

Clients:
-
May use course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Students enrolled in our programs for personal, non-commercial use only. This is limited and non-transferable.

Redistribution, modification, or commercial use of our materials without permission is prohibited.
10. Liability and Waiver

1. Risks Acknowledged:
-
By attending a cooking class instructed by Becky’s Pixie Kitchen, client acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with cooking activities, including but not limited to handling hot pans and trays, using sharp utensils, operating kitchen equipment such as blenders and mixers, exposure to high-heat cooking methods, and potential slips, burns, cuts, or other accidents.

Client understands that certain activities, including working with raw meat, will be conducted in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines to ensure food safety, such as proper separation of raw ingredients from prepared foods. Despite these precautions, you accept the risk of exposure to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, and other food-related injuries.

2. Participant Responsibilities:

Participant/client agrees to follow all instructions provided by Becky’s Pixie Kitchen and its instructors during the class. This includes handling all equipment safely and not attempting to use equipment or perform tasks outside of the guidance provided.

Participants/clients are responsible for alerting Becky’s Pixie Kitchen about any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to the class. Failure to do so may increase the risk of injury or health complications.

Participant/client agrees to wear appropriate clothing (such as closed-toe shoes, comfortable attire, and no loose sleeves) and use safety gear, such as gloves and aprons, as provided by the instructor.

3. Instructor Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, paced instruction tailored to group ability. Instructors will supervise the class, ensuring a pace and level of guidance appropriate for the participants' abilities and needs. Instructors will also provide safety guidelines for proper equipment usage, including the safe handling of hot items and knives.

Ensure all necessary safety procedures are communicated to minimize risks.

4. Incident Procedure:

In the event of an injury during a cooking class:
-
Notify the instructor immediately of any injury. Provide verbal notification as soon as the injury occurs, and if you require any care or medical attention during the class.

Submit a follow-up email report with class details after the class. This written report should include the details of the injury and the actions taken during the class.
-
5. Liability Insurance:
-
BPK carries general and product liability insurance.
-
Insurance covers on-site incidents but does not replace individual health coverage.

By signing the waiver, you release Becky’s Pixie Kitchen LLC, its instructors, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising from participation in the class, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or losses caused by your own actions or any of the risks described above

6. Indemnification Clause
-
Clients agree to hold BPK harmless against damages arising from personal negligence, omissions or any disregard of stated safety policies.
12. Video and Photograph Release
-
By attending a class, you consent and acknowledge your likeness being used for marketing unless you opt out in writing beforehand.

Opt-Out Option:
-
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed during the class, you must inform the instructor and Becky’s Pixie Kitchen prior to the start of the class. Once the class begins, your consent to be photographed and filmed is assumed. If you choose to opt-out, we will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure that you are not captured in any photographs or videos.

Requests for removal will be honored for future content by contacting and acknowledgment of BPK in writing.
-
Photos/videos may appear in marketing, promotional materials, on the website, and on social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Usage:

Photographs and videos may capture the class as a whole and individual participants, including activities such as preparation, cooking, plating, and tasting. Becky’s Pixie Kitchen reserves the right to use these images and videos for promotional purposes, both online and offline, at its discretion.

Duration and Control Over Usage:

Becky’s Pixie Kitchen may use the photos and videos indefinitely, unless otherwise discussed. BPK will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but usage prior to removal may still be in circulation.

Data Collection: Outline what personal information you collect from users (name, email, payment information, etc.).

Use of Data: Explain how the information is used, whether it’s for bookings, newsletters, marketing, etc.

Data Protection: Include statements on how customer data is protected and how long it will be retained.
7. Website Use

Restrictions on Use: Define acceptable and prohibited uses of the website (e.g., no copying content, no fraudulent activities, no spamming).
