There is an initial 30 minute online call to set up class dates that work for you! Class specifics: Class 1: Embracing the Bounty of Vegetables Explore the versatility of vegetables in this foundational class. Learn to create dishes that showcase a range of textures and flavors, like Tofu with Vegetables, featuring braised bok choy and soy-ginger rice. This session will teach you how to bring out the natural sweetness and depth in your vegetables, creating vibrant and satisfying dishes. Class 2: Discovering Diverse Protein Sources Dive into the world of plant-based proteins and discover how to build balanced, flavorful meals. In this class, you’ll make a Non-Basil Pesto on Eggplant, paired with a refreshing Bean Cucumber Salad with Capers. We’ll explore how legumes, nuts, and seeds can complement your vegetarian meals with essential nutrients and satisfying textures. Class 3: Grains as the Heart of a Balanced Meal Learn to incorporate grains into your vegetarian dishes, creating hearty and well-rounded meals.
