While the class features a small hands-on cooking component—where we’ll prepare 3 simple ingredients to create two different sauces—the primary focus will be on unlocking the tools and techniques to make meal prep accessible to you. Class 2: The Art of Shopping Smart Join us on a shopping excursion where we’ll delve deep into selecting the best ingredients for your unique lifestyle. This session is designed to demystify food labels, teaching you how to make informed choices while navigating the grocery store.
