Spring Mixed Berry Tart (In-Person, for Adults)

This is a special, single-time class where we will be making a creamy mixed berry tart from scratch.

We will go over techniques, alternatives for tools, as well as ingredients.

• We will make a sweet tasty tart dough
• a pastry cream filling
• and learn how to make a light mixed berry compote for the perfect topping.
• We will go over techniques, alternatives for tools, as well as ingredients.
• Workbooks are provided, with safety tips, and included recipes to be able to repeat and practice at home.

Students will go home with the tart they made in class

Keep in mind that the ending time may fluctuate, based on questions and discussions from students, and any problem solving that may occur with the recipes. Due to this, the class may end up to 15 minutes late. Flexibility with time may be necessary.

This will be an In-Person class to do in Becky's pixie kitchen in home kitchen! We will send you the address for this class after sign-up. We recommend  arriving on time (you can show up 5-10 min before start time), so that we can get started on learning!
