In Person Gluten-Free meal class

This is an introductory course to creating easy and delicious gluten free dishes.

We will discuss different ways to create wholesome meals without the use of flours or gluten filled ingredients.

You will learn these methods by creating a sample meal that shows different facets of gluten free ingredients.

In this particular iteration of this class, our seasonal dishes are:

Chicken with gluten free gravy

“breaded” Broccoli

Cardamom almond cookies
