About the Event

As the Fall starts this is a great class for you seasonal dishes!

We take some upgraded techniques to create delicious roasted proteins and sides for you to take your meals to a new level. In this class, you will learn to implement simple techniques and preparations that make a huge difference in flavor through roasting. You will learn what to do and what not to do while roasting.

-Roasting lamb vs pork

-Roasting fish, beef and chicken

-Roasting dense vegetables with deep flavor

-Uses for roasing beyond simple cooking

Students do not need to have full understanding of oven use and preparation skills. We will quickly cover prepations, safety and cleaning, and how to properly use the oven for roasting.

Keep in mind that the ending time may fluctuate, based on questions and discussions from students, and any problem solving that may occur with the recipes. Due to this, the class may end up to 15 minutes late. Flexibility with time may be necessary.

This will be an online class to do from your own home! We will send you the Zoom link for this after sign-up.

We will also send a tools and ingredients list to have for the class. The day before the class we will send you an outline and any other info you will need before the class. Recipes will be sent to you at the end of the class so that you can repeat it again and again.
