Ice cream making: A Sweet Start (KIDS)
Hands on Ice cream class for kids (5-12 y/o). Kids will help make 3 different ice creams while learning how to use some kitchen equipment, preparation techniques, and cleaning skills!

About the Event
Our in-home kitchen is open for this fun summer class! In this Kids ice cream class, students learn how to make 3 different frozen treats that will make their mouths water all summer long!
Kids will:
- Learn to make base ice cream mixture
- Work on 3 freezing and mixing processes
- Make 3 fun flavored ice creams to take home!
- Learn how to use kitchen equipment safely
- Practice basic cleaning skills in the kitchen.
Keep in mind that the ending time may fluctuate, based on questions and discussions from students, and any problem solving that may occur with the recipes. Due to this, the class may end up to 15 minutes late. Flexibility with time may be necessary.
This will be an In-Person class to do in Becky's Pixie Kitchen in-home kitchen! We will send you the address for this class after sign-up. We recommend arriving on time (you can show up 5-10 min before start time), so that we can get started on learning!
