About the Event
Learn the best cooking techniques through preparation of vegetables and cook them along with delicious proteins and grains.
Learn to cook a lovely meal with local, seasonal, fresh ingredients that will make your mouth water! This class helps build confidence and key skills in this adventurous cooking class!
Meal includes the following recipes:
-Sausage,Veggie and herb Frittata with aioli
-Bright Spring shrimp lettuce Wrap
-Gazpacho (refreshing chilled soup)
-Vibrant Quinoa salad with marinated Chicken
Students will go home with the dishes made in class, as well as a workbook to support what is discovered in the class.
Keep in mind that the ending time may fluctuate, based on questions and discussions from students, and any problem solving that may occur with the recipes. Due to this, the class may end up to 15 minutes late. Flexibility with time may be necessary.
This will be an In-Person class to do in Becky's pixie kitchen in-home kitchen! We will send you the address for this class after sign-up. We recommend arriving on time (you can show up 5-10 min before start time), so that we can get started on learning!
